Place: New Preston, CT., hillside Lake Waramog,Date: 2/16/15Saw: Looking over lake from riding in a car on RT.45the hillside saw a black tall figure just walkingalong so easily, the figure crossed a driveway fromthe forest to the other side and continued slouchingalong swinging arms heading towards powerlinesapproximately 800 yrds away. It did not have a hator any other clothing and snowshoes. The head justsat on the shoulder. I thought it was a man butthen realizing no man could walk on such a steepslope without poles, etc. It lasted a few minutesdo to the car moving. The black figure stoodout against the white snow and sunlight of day.
