π Description
The BFRO (Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization) organizes field expeditions in various bigfoot areas in the US and Canada each year, and has been doing so for the past 20 years. "Bigfoot areas" are the zones where bigfoot encounters, sightings, sounds or track finds have occurred over the years. The BFRO's organized outings result in bigfoot encounters quite often. A sighting is a situation where a person sees a bigfoot. In those situations the bigfoot might not be aware of the presence or attention of a human. An "encounter" occurs when a bigfoot is either at close range or further away but is reacting in some way to the presence of a human. A bigfoot might react with its movements, or sounds, but also with eye glow (not "eyeshine"). See report for in-depth discussion about the eye glow of bigfoots -- one of the more extraordinary capabilities of these animals. The organizer of the 2024 Minnesota Spring expedition, Bob Barhite, asked participants to take notes on everything relevant that was observed, along with time stamps. He took the group to an area where the distinct sounds of bigfoots were heard on prior trips so he expected activity on this trip. There was more than expected. The PDF document linked below is Barhite's full report with photos and field notes collected from various participants. The maps and location information have been redacted from the public report to prevent too many people from going to this location. The un-redacted report is available to BFRO investigators, or directly from organizer Bob Barhite. The download link to the public (redacted) version is below, in the section for "Follow-up investigation report".
